I check the club often and check your submission requests! Please don't send the same picture more than once in a day! Leave me the time to check the site!
If your work doesn't get accepted in 4-5 days, please re-send it! I probably erased it by mistake!

Hello dear members!

Sorry to bother you again, but as a result of the recent discussion about banning or not copyrighted material from the club's gallery, some changes will be applied to the submission rules!
As you may have read in the previous journal, using copyrighted material (such as actors' photos or tv screenshots...) is forbidden here on deviantART, and it could not only cause the closing of our club, but those who submit to the site works containing that stuff could have their creations removed or worse...
So, to avoid problems with deviantART's staff I came up with a compromise that shuold be good for both the club and you members.

From now on works containging pictures of the actors, screenshots from the tv series, official HBO wallpapers and copyrighted material in general won't be accepted anymore as submissions to the club's gallery.
BUT it will be possible to submit them as favourites in the newly created "Wallpapers" section.
I decided to go this way 'cause I couldn't brake dA's rules, but at the same time I want to give you all the possibility to share your works!
I hope that's ok for the all of you!

So, the new Submission Rules are:

Gallery Sections:
-Cosplay: for single and group cosplay
-Craft Works: for any kind of accessories, clothes, jewels and so on, ispired by GoT/ASOIAF you created!
-Banners: all pics showing ONLY the banners (Stark's Wokf: OK; Robb holding Stark's banner: NOT OK! )
-Wallpapers + Memes: for drawings that contains WORDS and mottos; photomanipulated pictures of models (resources found here on dA) and cosplayers + Memes and demotivationals
-Literature: for anything that's written!
-Animations: gifs, animations from the series and.. everything that moves!!
-Icons & Stamps: don't think there's much to say about this... it' for... icons and stamps
-EVERYTHING ELSE (traditional and digital drawings, wallpapers, banners....) GOES IN FEATURED!!!
Please use them!

Favousites Sections:
-Featured: IS FULL!!
-Featured 2: Is for every kind of work (drawings, cosplays, craft works) done by you or other artists. for every kind of work (drawings, cosplays, craft works) done by you or other artists.
-Wallpapers: works containing ANY KIND of copyrighted material (actors's photos, tv screenshots, HBO material....)

I will be removing the wallpapers with copyrighted material from our gallery and put them in the fav sections. It will take me some time, so please be patient about it, ok?
